Koech Charles is a Counsellor, Mentor and Dad of 2 girls and one boy. Koech has always helped people from a young age. He mentors fathers and boys, encouraging them to talk more about Health and Well-being. Koech empowers the men to be vulnerable with themselves and let go of the macho attitude that society has put on them.

Koech recognizes the challenges of young girls from disadvantaged homes being taken advantage of, so he offers words of wisdom and delivers items, such as sanitary towels, to help support these young girls within his community.
